Frankfurt, 09 February 2026 – Logicor, a leading owner, manager and developer of European logistics and light industrial real estate, has signed its first lease for the new MLI-Park Neuss with Adexpo, a specialist company in high-quality rental furnishings with a strong focus on circular economic principles (reuse and refurbishment). The 4,500 sqm unit, the largest on the site, has been secured under a long-term lease.
The logistics park, located west of Düsseldorf, is currently undergoing a comprehensive redevelopment. On the former Galeria Kaufhof site, which covers approximately 47,000 sqm, a modern and sustainable business park is being developed, comprising three buildings with a total of twelve flexible units. The overall rental area of around 26,000 sqm consists of approximately 21,000 sqm of warehouse and mezzanine space as well as about 5,000 sqm of office space. Securing the first lease prior to completion highlights the continued strong demand for well-connected, high-quality space in the region.
The construction works are being carried out in collaboration with the general contractor LIST Bau. The units can be adapted and combined according to customer requirements. This innovative approach not only enhances the economic appeal of the location but is also expected to attract small and medium-sized enterprises and create new jobs in the region. Completion is scheduled for the second quarter of 2026.
