Completion of three logistics properties with more than 65,000 sq m of lettable space in Langenfeld, Nuremberg and Neuss

Frankfurt, 07. June 2026 – Logicor has completed three redevelopment projects in Germany with a combined lettable area of approximately 65,400 sq m. At the sites in Nuremberg, Langenfeld and Neuss, older existing buildings were demolished and replaced with modern logistics and commercial properties. The multi-let assets offer flexible space concepts for a range of occupier groups, including logistics service providers, e-commerce companies as well as light industrial and commercial businesses.

The Logicor Park Langenfeld is already fully let upon completion. Langenfeld secured full occupancy. At Neuss and Nuremberg, Logicor is fielding strong occupier interest, with the first lease signed at Neuss. 

All three developments also follow a consistent sustainability approach. The properties were developed in line with the BEG 40 energy efficiency standard and are each targeting DGNB Gold certification. Features include photovoltaic systems for tenant electricity models, fossil fuel-free heating systems and energy-efficient LED lighting. Additional measures such as green roofs and façades, as well as the removal of sealed surfaces, have also been implemented.

The three locations are situated in established economic regions with excellent transport connections. Langenfeld and Neuss benefit from their location in the Rhine-Ruhr region between Düsseldorf and Cologne, while Nuremberg is one of the key logistics hubs in southern Germany. All three properties therefore enable efficient regional and supra-regional distribution and provide access to relevant labour markets as well as established industrial and logistics networks.


With the completion of three projects simultaneously, we have reached an important milestone in our redevelopment strategy in Germany. Our focus is on selectively enhancing existing locations and providing modern, sustainably designed space in established logistics regions. The initial leasing successes demonstrate that high-quality and flexible space solutions continue to see strong demand, even in a more challenging market environment.
