Frankfurt, 03. February 2026 – Logicor, a leading owner, manager and developer of European logistics and light industrial real estate, has signed a lease agreement with Orthomol for its new development project in Langenfeld. The manufacturer of high-quality food supplements has leased approximately 9,700 sqm, comprising around 8,500 sqm of warehouse space. The remaining 1,200 sqm comprise mezzanine areas and 600 sqm of office and wellbeing space. Occupation is scheduled for 1 June 2026.
On the approximately 35,000 sqm site, a sustainable and energy-efficient new-build development with a total gross floor area of around 21,000 sqm is replacing an outdated and maintenance-intensive property. Construction commenced in summer 2025, with completion expected in April this year. Following the letting to Orthomol, the property is now almost 50% pre-let.
The building will be constructed to the BEG40 standard and operated without fossil fuels. Extensive green roofing and façade greening, as well as a timber roof structure, further emphasise the project’s sustainability credentials. The development is targeting DGNB Gold certification. Benefiting from immediate proximity to the A3 motorway, the redevelopment is strategically located between Düsseldorf and Cologne.
