Frankfurt, 29 September 2025 – Logicor, a leading owner, manager and developer of European logistics real estate, has completed a logistics and production facility of around 20,000 sqm on the site of a former textile company in Rheine. The property comprises 17.114 sqm of warehouse space, 912 sqm of office and social space, and 1,985 sqm of mezzanine space.
With a clear height of twelve metres (UKB), 38 dock levellers, two ground-level gates, 40 car parking spaces and a fully sealed floor system in accordance with WHG/WGK3, the building meets all the requirements of modern logistics and production processes.
The facility also sets new standards in sustainability. Built to the BEG 40 energy efficiency standard, it is heated exclusively via an air-source heat pump and fitted throughout with LED lighting. In addition, a photovoltaic system will be installed to supply renewable electricity for tenants. A BREEAM “Very Good” certification is being targeted.
Excellent transport connections are ensured by the nearby A30 and A31 highways as well as the Dortmund-Ems and Mittelland Canals. The major urban centres of Enschede (Netherlands), Münster and Osnabrück are all within easy reach, and Münster/Osnabrück International Airport is located just 30 kilometres away.
