May 20, 2025 – Frankfurt – Logicor, a leading owner, manager and developer of European logistics real estate has today announced the appointment of Susann Birkert- Müller as Head of Development, in Germany.
With an extensive development pipeline across Germany, Susann Birkert-Müller will take on responsibility for delivering new-build projects totalling 170,000 sqm currently under development.
Over the next six years, Logicor plans to develop its land and project portfolio in high-demand locations – driven by e-commerce and shifting consumer behavior.

With over 17 years of experience in the logistics real estate industry, Birkert-Müller brings a comprehensive understanding of the market as well as in-depth development and transactional knowledge.

Susann joins from Panattoni where she was responsible for the development of Panattoni Parks, and previous to this, she worked at Deka as Head of Logistics Acquisitions & Sales.
