Frankfurt, 21st October 2025, Logicor, a leading owner, manager and developer of European logistics real estate, has appointed Alexander Ullrich as Head of Asset Management for Germany.
With a current portfolio of approximately 3 million square metres throughout Germany, Ullrich will be responsible for the leasing and operational management of assets to optimise value and customer satisfaction.

Ullrich has nine years of experience in the real estate sector and brings extensive expertise in asset and portfolio management across various asset classes. Before joining Logicor, he was Head of Asset Management for Branicks Onsite, the asset management division of Branicks Group AG, where he was responsible for the fund business and the company’s own portfolio. Prior to that, he held various positions at different real estate companies in Germany, including FCR Immobilien AG in Munich and Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield in Düsseldorf.
