Logicor and the city of Lahr confirm land purchase agreement for new logistics warehouse development for DSV Solutions GmbH at Lahr Airport

Logicor has signed a purchase agreement for 45,000 m2 of land, enabling the construction of a new 25,000 m2 logistics facility that will be leased to DSV Solutions GmbH (DSV) for 10 years, supporting the continued positive development of the contract logistics company in Lahr’s Airport and Business Park. The new building is directly adjacent to an existing 40,000 m2 warehouse that Logicor has leased to DSV.

Due to the steadily growing demand and the increased service requirements in the area of southern Germany, we will soon exceed our limits with our existing capacity at the current location, "With the planned expansion, we are already securing the future viability of our branch by adapting early to future challenges at an early stage."

The modern warehouse development will be built to a BREEAM Very Good certification and will comprise 20,000 m2 of warehouse space and 5,000 m2 of office and intermediate storage.

Construction is due to complete towards the end of 2020.
