14th September 2026: Logicor, a leading owner, developer and manager of logistics properties in Europe, has started construction of the new Logicor Pilsen logistics park. The project will deliver both modern warehouse space and office space in a strategic location, supported by direct connections to key transport infrastructure.
The new Logicor Pilsen complex is set to offer a total of 12 500 m² of warehouse and office space with easy access to the highway network, Pilsen city center and areas with the highest population concentrations
Located within Pilsen's city ring road, Logicor Pilsen benefits from direct access to the D5 motorway, providing efficient connections to Prague, Germany and wider Western Europe. Just five minutes from the city centre, the park also offers excellent public transport links and easy access to key residential areas, making it an ideal location for regional distribution and last-mile logistics.
The first stage of construction is currently underway, which was begun on July 1, 2026. The completion and handover is planned for May 2027, and the facility will be available for lease from June 1, 2027.
