6th May: Logicor has reinforced its team in the Czech Republic with the appointment of Milan Růžička as Asset Manager and Simona Štotová as Analyst in Asset Management department.

These appointments further reflect Logicor’s continued focus on strengthening its position in the Czech Republic where it has achieved strong leasing and development results.

Milan Růžička brings extensive experience in the Czech industrial real estate market, having worked on the advisory side with leading global consultancies, including Colliers International and JLL. Most recently, he served as Senior Associate at Colliers, where he was responsible for business development, client advisory and transaction execution across a wide range of logistics and industrial projects.

Over the course of his career, Milan has advised international occupiers and leading developers, supporting site selection, lease negotiations and transaction structuring. His experience spans the full lifecycle of industrial leasing processes, from market analysis through to deal completion.

In his new role, Milan will drive Logicor’s local asset management activities and will be responsible for leasing transactions, asset strategy and value creation across the company’s Czech logistics property portfolio.

Milan is fluent in Czech, English, German and Swedish, further strengthening Logicor’s ability to support a diverse and international customer base.

Simona Štotová is a finance professional specialising in asset management, currently based in Prague, with prior international experience in Logicor’s Luxembourg office. In her current role, she continues to build her expertise in investment operations and financial processes within a dynamic, international environment. She brings a strong cross-border perspective and adaptability to different financial and corporate cultures.

Prior to joining Logicor, Simona worked in finance operations (Accounts Payable) at PPG Industries, where she developed a solid foundation in financial processes, accuracy and stakeholder communication within a global corporate environment.

We are delighted to welcome Milan and Simona to Logicor. Milan’s strong market knowledge and transactional experience will be instrumental in strengthening our logistic real estate platform in the Czech Republic and supporting our continued growth. Simona’s financial background and international experience will further enhance our asset management capabilities in the region.
