21st November: Logicor, a leading owner, developer, and manager of logistics real estate in Europe, has completed the construction of a new logistics park in the heart of Prague’s industrial zone – Logicor Prague-Průmyslová.
The development offers 21,000 sqm of modern warehouse and office space, located just 5 km from Prague’s city centre and with direct access to key Czech motorways (D0, D1, D5, D8, D11). The site benefits from excellent public transport links, ensuring seamless connectivity for both goods and employees.
Logicor Prague-Průmyslová has been designed to support fast and flexible urban supply chain operations and last-mile delivery. The single building can be divided into up to four independent units, which can be combined to meet larger occupier requirements. Its unrivalled location ensures efficient access not only across Prague but also to regional and international markets.
The project has been developed to high sustainability standards and is targeting BREEAM “Very Good” certification. Features include roofs prepared for photovoltaic panel installation, EV charging stations, DALI LED lighting, a smart metering system for efficient energy management, glass facades with shading systems to maximise natural light in office areas, and landscaping with native species to support biodiversity. The site also incorporates wellness and security measures, including cycle access, charging points for electric vehicles, and an automatic access gate with number plate recognition.
Logicor Prague-Průmyslová was built on the site of a former factory established in 1935 to manufacture spiral springs, which were exported worldwide. After nationalisation during the communist era, the factory was returned to its original owners in 1994. Over time, the site deteriorated until it was acquired by Logicor for redevelopment. Demolition started in August 2024, construction began in January 2025 with the first pillar installed five months later, and the project was completed in October 2025. The main contractor was Kajima.
