17 April 2023: Logicor, a leading owner, manager and developer of logistics real estate in Europe, has acquired a c.100,000 sqm brownfield in Czech Republic, further strengthening its presence in this key market and nearly doubling its footprint.
Located just half an hour’s drive from Prague, the site is two kilometres from the town of Turnov, in the municipality of Prisovice.
This strategic location is at the heart of a busy transport crossroad linking regional cities Mlada Boleslav, Liberec and Jicin, and providing direct access to highway D10, which links Prague and the national border with Germany and Poland.
Logicor is committed to working in close collaboration with the municipality and the local community for the redevelopment of the brownfield into a modern and ESG compliant asset. This will see Logicor implement a range of sustainability measures as well as provide cycling paths and road improvements to benefit the local area.
Pavel Rufert
