Logicor Prague Airport is now fully let.

Bonami, the Czech e-commerce company has agreed a 6,000 sqm lease at Logicor Prague Airport logistics park. The lease in this strategic location starts in early 2022 and will enable Bonami to efficiently serve their e-commerce customers across the Central & Eastern Europe (“CEE”) region.

Logicor Prague Airport is located in Dobrovíz, approximately 20 km to the west of Prague city centre at the exit of the D6 highway (Prague - Karlovy Vary). The D6 highway connects with the European route E48 in Germany whilst the park is served by direct bus lines to Kladno and the Zličín Metro Station (line B).

We are delighted to welcome Bonami to Logicor Prague Airport Park and provide this growing e-commerce company with a distribution base for their expansion across the Czech market and the CEE region."

This new lease also means our 65,000 sqm prime logistics property portfolio near Prague is fully let. I look forward to growing our warehouse platform in well-located strategic markets across the Czech Republic to satisfy the strong customer demand for our high-quality space.”

Pavel Rufert

Senior Development and Asset Manager at Logicor Czech Republic

Originally a consumer e-commerce platform offering furniture, homeware and home accessories, we opened brick-and-mortar stores in the Czech Republic and Slovakia last year and have continued to expand these across our current markets and in Hungary this year. Besides the stores, we have built our own last-mile delivery for sofas and large furniture items, providing installation of the goods in customers flats and environmentally friendly disposal of old items. These new services have increased our requirement for warehouse space. Logicor Prague Airport ideally met our requirements in terms of location and price, therefore we have signed the contract well in advance."
