Rahtikeskus, a renowned Finnish 3PL and logistics transport company, have been always valuing the importance of good communication and mutual satisfaction with their landlords. On the back of these shared values, Logicor was able to build and consolidate a long-term collaboration with Rahtikeskus. Over the years, this synergy has led to a partnership that has enabled us to support Rahtikeskus' expansion, helping the tenant growing their footprint with Logicor from 8,000 sqm in 2016 to 13,200 sqm as of 2021.

Sustainable investments in energy efficiency and improved workplace safety
At Logicor, we see sustainable operations and responsibility as key to the long-term success of both our business and that of our customers. In 2021, we renovated the Tiilenpolttajankuja 5 property in collaboration with Rahtikeskus, with the aim of reducing energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions and increasing resource efficiency.
The refurbishment included installation of a 270-panel photovoltaic station, which produces 80,000 kWh of electricity annually. In addition, we installed a charging station for electric vehicles and replaced all the lighting systems in warehouse, offices, and outdoor yard with energy-efficient LED lighting.
