Main Responsibilities:
Financial Accounting:
- Preparation, execution, and review of funds flows
- A-Z accounting for specific entities
- Preparation and review of quarterly reporting in Logicor GAAP/IFRS
- Day to day accounting for various companies
- Bank statements
- Incoming invoices
- Outgoing invoices
- Accruals and provisions
- Preparation & review interest calculation schedules
- Maintain amortisation/depreciation schedules if applicable
- Quarterly reconciliations
- Preparation & review of accruals and provisions
- Intercompany reconciliations
- Preparation and review of financial statements.
Assistance in periodical and year end reporting process/audit process:
- Review of annual accounts
- Assistance with the consolidation process
- Liaising with external auditors on all tax related matters
- Preparation & review of quarterly reporting
- Preparation and review of ad hoc reports/reconciliations
- Preparation and review of VAT and CIT returns periodical and annual for various jurisdictions
- Advising internal stakeholders on tax related matters
- Improving internal processes and procedures
Administration & General:
- Internal and external correspondence
- General administrative tasks
- Supervision and training (as required) of the team
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Degree in accounting (ACCA or similar)
- Ideally 5 years’ plus relevant professional experience;
- Strong proven technical accounting and financial reporting experience in particular excellent knowledge of IFRS;
- Proficient user of MS Office and accounting software;
- Excellent organisation skills;
- Goal oriented and hands on mentality.
