Ego, a current Logicor Łódź I tenant and international high-tech manufacturer of domestic appliance technology components, required additional warehouse space for its expanding business. In addition, Pro Business a Polish print services supplier was seeking modern logistics space for a client manufacturing base whilst Coko Werk, a system supplier for technical plastic parts needed additional warehouse space in Central Poland to manage the assembly of finished components.

Logicor listened to the customer requirements and suggested a range of flexible warehouse leasing solutions at Logicor Łódź I. The prime location of the park, close proximity to the A1 and A2 highways and public transport network ensured both existing and new customers found the proposed solution suitable. This enabled the manufacturers to quickly solve the issue of cost-efficient manufacturing expansion supporting enhanced customer service.

Pro Business leased 2,128 sqm of warehouse space, Ego expanded their existing 2,900 sqm lease by an additional 2,500 sqm and Coko Werk leased over 1,150 sqm of warehouse space.
