Transforming a Sheffield print works into a modern e-commerce facility

Successful refurbishment and letting of a 615,000 sq ft warehouse in Sheffield.

The Logicor UK team successfully removed a print facility in one of their UK buildings and worked closely with their customer, third-party logistics operator Clipper Logistics, to support them with their distribution contract negotiations with

Built in 2005, Sheffield615 housed a printing facility on site within a 615,000 sq ft warehouse.

As the former tenant exited, Logicor re-positioned the scheme through comprehensive building enhancements in order to attract a new e-commerce industry customer. 


A range of building modifications were made, including new loading doors and a new truck yard.

New new sustainability features were also added, including LED lights, Electric Vehicle charging points and upgraded ventilation and air-conditioning systems.

These changes contributed to an improved EPC rating of B(42) compared to the previous rating of E(119). 

Logicor worked closely with Clipper Logistics to make sure the property was suitable for their operation and able to support their staffing requirements.



Logicor successfully marketed the building and secured a new long-term lease with Clipper Logistics to service its new contract with Boohoo brand PrettyLittleThing.
