GT257 is located at Interlink Park, Leicestershire - a Golden Triangle location in the centre of the Midlands. Logic 305 is located in Weybridge, Surrey to the south west of Central London, 10 miles south of Heathrow Airport and is ideally placed to serve London and the South east market. Both units have recently been refurbished by Logicor.

BACKGROUND

GT257 and Logic305 were both acquired as part of larger distribution portfolios. Both of these units had short unexpired lease terms where the in-place tenants were known to be vacating

SOLUTION

Logicor undertook an extensive refurbishment programme at both units. At GT257 works included repairs to the roof, redecoration of the ces, cleaning of the cladding and testing and certifying the mechanical and electrical components. At Logic305, in addition to the above works, the roof was replaced, ooces re-clad, yard re-laid and a new gatehouse installed

RESULT

The asset management and refurbishment programme added substantial value to the properties leading to strong interest from several new potential tenants. Logicor were able to work with Amazon to secure two new long term leases at both units simultaneously leveraging our unique and extensive UK platform.
