Background

Logic233 is a high quality distribution unit located in Dagenham, East London. The unit was acquired with an in-place lease to Howard Tenens who were operating a distribution contract for Coca-Cola Enterprises (“CCE”) from the property which was ideally suited to serve the London 2012 Olympics in Stratford and well as the Greater London and South East markets. Following the end of the distribution contract with between Howard Tenens and CCE the tenant exercised a break option in their lease.

Solution

Logicor worked closely with Howard Tenens to facilitate an efficient handover of the property at the end of their lease achieving an optimal solution for both the Tenant and the Landlord.

By working closely with Howard Tenens Logicor were able to refurbish this unit with an expedited programme and bring this high quality warehouse in a prime London location to market in the shortest time possible.
